hubcideo
Hubcideo was developed as a proof of concept of what can be done on a 100 mbps city wide network. We wanted to offer services that every day people use, only faster. Upload your videos & share your content. We are striving to offer the highest possible resolutions available, because we can.
Hubcideo is a Drupal based site that uses the Kaltura Open Source Video Platform
My Free iPhone 4 Case
My free iPhone4 case has arrived. It's a Speck Pixelskin. I really like it. It adds very little mass to the phone and really looks like it's part of the phone.

The iPhone itself just snaps right in securely. The front edges then wrap around the front making it fit like a glove. It's a harder plastic than I thought which is good for me since it is still easy to slide in and out of a pair of jeans.
LAfestival.net Event Website
Did it in a very short period of time. It's probably best described as a jQuery/javascript mashup. I put in a little for everyone: background slideshow, carousel, slides and lightbox popups. Check it out and buy a ticket.
My first computer (TI 99/4A)

Got it for Christmas sometime in the early 80s. Think I paid about $75 (definately less than $100) for it at a store call Otasco in Opelousas, LA, similar to Sears. Spent most of my time playing Parsec. For all the noobs, it plugged right into the back of a TV set. Pretty sure the TV was black & white. Yep, there was once black & white TV sets.
WOW! Just found an interesting looking game called Open Parsec.

If you're looking for a unique cultural experience, then Lafayette is where you want to be - real Cajun and Creole cooking - fresh and spicy; just an oyster throw from the bayou; festivals and celebrations - Mardi Gras to a Friday afternoon fais-do-do (street dance); historic antebellum homes; lush tropical gardens; dark and mysterious swamps; and, authentic folklife attractions. You'll find it all in Lafayette.
